We attempted to do a Boozy Brunch at Bodeans on Saturday for Ally’s 29th birthday (a whole year away from the 30 club!). It turns out that the Tower Hill branch doesn’t do it, so not so odd that the Old Street was fully booked and our one had lots of availability!
I wasn’t too thrilled with the food, but perhaps I made a poor choice with a buffalo chicken burger, it wasn’t a patch on Byrons. Service also very average.
We pulled it around afterwards by stopping next door at perfectly priced Weatherspoons, and about 8 bottles of prosecco later we’d made up for the lack of booze at a boozy brunch.
